Town of Fletcher’s Annual Halloween Carnival will be held on Saturday, October 28 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fletcher Community Park. This FREE community event will feature carnival style games with a Halloween twist, costume contests, hay rides, inflatable moon walk, obstacle course and slide and lots of other family friendly Halloween fun! Fletcher Parks and Recreation Department staff is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist children with games, face painting and judges for the costume contests.
