$40 for Fletcher Residents / $46 for Non-Residents

Join us in welcoming our new yoga instructor, Bitsy Merriman. She comes to us from the Hendersonville YMCA and is certified in Hatha, Gentle, Senior Citizen, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra.

Our Thursday night Yoga Classes are suited for all experience levels. Modifications will be provided to accommodate your fitness skills and goals. This is an eight-week program. You may register for all 8 weeks or pay for class drop-ins to fit your schedule.

Please bring a personal yoga mat, water bottle and if possible, small blanket or large beach towel.

Fees:

Fletcher Residents – $40

Non-Residents – $46

Drop In – $10 per class (Cash or Check only)
